Not happy with your NOCTILUXE order? You can return it within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, masks that have been worn can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at dp517kobe@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a free prepaid return label and instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

To switch colours, return the unused item and place a new order.
